Cyrus Mojdehi
President
Cyrus Mojdehi is primarily responsible for overseeing the firm’s land acquisition and development activities. Prior to Co-Founding Northway Homes, Cyrus was a member of the investments team at Madison Realty Capital, a $6 billion AUM real estate private equity fund based in New York City. While at Madison Realty Capital, he was responsible for the origination and execution of construction loans to developers in gateway markets across the US. Prior to Madison Realty Capital, Cyrus managed a multi-million-dollar residential portfolio for Alliance Real Estate, where he was responsible for building the operations to acquire, develop, rent, and manage single-family homes across the US. Cyrus is a graduate of both Columbia Business School and Brown University, where he was a starting member of the Varsity Water Polo Team.
Daniel Hirschberg
Chief Operating Officer
Daniel Hirschberg is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and accounting functions for Northway Homes. Prior to Co-Founding Northway Homes, Daniel was a member of the equity and debt investments team at PCCP, LLC, a $12 billion AUM real estate fund manager. While at PCCP, he was responsible for the origination and execution of more than 50 transactions with a total capitalization in excess of $4 billion across the multifamily and industrial real estate space. Prior to PCCP, Daniel was a member of the real estate investment banking group at Macquarie Capital in New York. Daniel is a graduate of Brown University, where he was a starting member of the Men’s Varsity Tennis Team
Karen Hirschberg
Chief Financial Officer
Karen Hirschberg is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance, Tax and HR functions for Northway Homes. Prior to Northway Homes, Karen spent over 25 years as a CFO at numerous companies in various industries including Software, Post Production in TV/Film and Healthcare. In each position, she was responsible for scaling platforms while maintaining efficient finance and HR functions. Karen received her MBA from Pace University with a degree in accounting and information systems.
H Jared Levi
Director of Development
H Levi is primarily responsible for managing Northway’s day-to-day development operations. Prior to joining Northway Homes, H was a member of Newmark Knight Frank’s capital markets team, where he specialized in the acquisition & disposition of commercial real estate assets across the Northeastern U.S. While at Newmark, he was involved in the sale and recapitalization of more than $300 million in assets. Prior to Newmark, H was a member of the investments team at Madison Realty Capital, a real estate private equity fund based in New York City. H is a graduate of Lehigh University.
Hamid Massoud
Controller
Hamid Massoud is responsible for various accounting functions including the bank reconciliations, daily cash management, real estate taxes and insurance. Hamid's career has spanned finance, IT and operations. Prior to joining Northway Homes, Hamid helped grow the software startup Tealium from inception to $100 million in revenue, onboarding over one thousand employees. He was responsible for facilities, benefits, payroll and IT. Prior to Tealium, he ran Multivision, an award-winning video production company in the San Franciso Bay Area. Hamid is a graduate of University of California at San Diego (BA) and San Diego State University (MBA).
Dulce Delgado
Director of Sales
Dulce Delgado is responsible for leading sale efforts across the Northway Homes portfolio. As the founder and Broker in Charge of Delgado Realty, Dulce is a licensed Realtor in North Carolina and Florida. Dulce has built her reputation on communication, dedication, quality, expertise and transparency. With over 20 years of experience in mortgage underwriting, over 15+ years as a licensed real estate agent and 5 years as a custom interior design consultant for real estate developers, Dulce prides herself on excellence in all aspirations. She is rooted in faith, family and service in the community.
